  I joined Hadwen Health in 2019, originally supporting our compliance and quality improvement work. I progressed into business operations and became Practice Manager in 2024. My role involves managing all the business aspects of the practice, ensuring we have the right systems in place to enable the team to provide high quality patient care. This includes HR, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and our IT systems.
