SEVERE CHEST PAINS

Warning signs include:-

* Looking pale, grey or sweating.
* Feeling sick.
* Having a history of angina or a heart attack.
* Having breathing difficulties that last more than ten minutes.

These need immediate assessment by the Hospital so call 999 for an urgent Ambulance.

Severe "crushing" central chest pain, particularly if associated with nausea, vomiting or sweating may be serious and caused by your heart. Dial 999 straight away for urgent assessment by the hospital emergency department.
