Mr Ian Robertson is in charge of the day-to-day running of the practice. If you have any queries or feel you have a complaint relating to any aspect of our service, please ask to speak to him.
Receptionists
The receptionists are here to help you, but their job is very demanding. They answer the telephone and deal with emergencies from all directions - often many at the same time! Please be a patient patient. You will be asked for some information which will help them to help you with your particular need. All staff have signed up to a Code of Confidentiality in their contracts, and are required to respect any information you give them with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
